Do you offer ongoing support?

Absolutely! Check out our ongoing support packages here, where you can also bundle savings for additional services into your monthly rates, bringing you additional cost savings.

If my server goes down, whom should I contact first?

You should contact your hosting company, as most hosting companies offer 24/7 chat-based support and will be able to restore your server, bundled into the price of your monthly hosting service. If you reach out to The Nomads Way, all we will be able to do is contact your hosting company on your behalf, so please ensure you’ve provided us the login to your hosting company.

The one exception is if your website is hosted with AWS, in which case the fastest way to reset your server is by following this quick 3-minute video tutorial linked here.
